Just got my 10lb bag of Big Blast with a bunch of added goodies that I had added to the mix. Serving size on the instructions is 1/2 cup and provides 300 calories (this you already know). I just began a cycle (Test Cyp @ 400/week and Winstrol for last 6 weeks at 50/day). Working out 4-5 times per week.
Obviously, this is a good post workout drink because of the carbs and protein. My question is, can I use this as a pre-workout? How effective will it be? Is there a better time besides post-workout I should think of using it? Reason is I'm currently using a Waxy Maize product from True Protein as my post-workout followed by some whey protein 15-20 minutes after.
