I think it's pretty awesome all by itself. No need for glutamine since it's high in BCAA's anyway. It has creatine for ATP. Vits and mins will effect taste. Just knock back a couple of DX7 for vits and mins and you're good to go.

Ya know, I never read the directions. All the vitamins I have ever seen has always been one! Oh shit dude... i'll definitely change up how I take the DX7 this time! Thanks man! hahahahaha

Always read the directions. No way can all those ingredients at those dosages go into a single pill unless it was the size of an egg.

It wasn't useless at all. You still got extra micronutrients. Just not as much as if you took the full amount. A lot of guys just take a half dosage of DX7 since it's so potent.
