I like squating and having strong, defined quads and hams (note: I didn't say big), but I don't like having a big ass b/c of it. Unfortunately for me (fucking genetics), this is exactly what happens to me. Yet another one of the ironies of life... the one muscle group of mine that I have no problem making grow is my goddamn glutes. A friend of mine once told me that I have a "booty like a black girl." Is there any leg routine that I can do to maintain strengh and definition in my quads and hams, WITHOUT affecting my already large ass? Thanks bros.
