I just did.

Narrow grip bench
Overhead skulls
Pushdowns(*sigh* i know)

EZ bar curls
EZ bar preachers
BB hammer curls

Wrist curls
Behind back wrist curls.
 
why the *sigh*...I always to triangle pressdowns, coupled with french press, close grip and dips.....you high volume moderate rep?
 
I should have done dips or something instead of pushdowns for a better mass builder oh well. Here is the set breakdown.

Narrow grip bench 4 - 10,9,8,7
Overhead skulls 3 - 10,9,9
Pushdowns(*sigh* i know) 3 -15,12,12

EZ bar curls 3- 10, 8, 8
EZ bar preachers 2 - 10,10
BB hammer curls 2 - 10,10

Wrist curls 2 - 35, 15
Behind back wrist curls 2 - 20, 15

Thats exactly what I do, but no wrist curls or narrow bench. I also do some dips.
 
Supersets with dumbbells give me the best burn. I also mix the regular and hammer curls superset with reversed grip bar curls (forearms).
