Big accident need help pct

hi guys i was on steroids for a full year usually big steroid cycles then low dose test. I had a big car accident and i was in a coma for 4 weeks. Since i have stopped heavy lifting just lightweights now what will happen?

I also was wondering if you can help with a pct. Right now i can get hcg and nolva... I dont care if i lose all my gains but i just want to kickstart my natural test again also libido aswel. thankyou
