Serious question. Now that I've been doing legs for so long, my ass has got huge. I know that's a good side-effect, but it's only good for me to a point. Is there any way to reduce that effect and still do squats or can I do something like leg press to sub for squats. I'm not trying to get the biggest legs in the world, but just trying to seperate the quads. Which I've done, but at a price.
 
You can try front squats or leg press and see how you respond. This is a tough area and for a lot of naturals they might find that the power in their glutes is what supports their leg growth (i.e. for them to build bigger legs, everything must get bigger and they are just prone to a large butt). Can this be skirted - depends on the person.
