Serious question. Now that I've been doing legs for so long, my ass has got huge. I know that's a good side-effect, but it's only good for me to a point. Is there any way to reduce that effect and still do squats or can I do something like leg press to sub for squats. I'm not trying to get the biggest legs in the world, but just trying to seperate the quads. Which I've done, but at a price.
