Straight bar - wide grip curls??
my bi's dont grow, and my forearms either.....suggestions??

um, cuz i get petered out after using db's. and ya wanna keep strict form. when you tire, you kind start to heave the weight. with cables, you can squeeze it up there. fuller ROM, too.Marcoparc said:Used hammers exclusively?
What's the benefit of using a rope vs dbs? Right now I'm only doing dbs, and strangely, my hammer curls are about as good as my regular bicep curls.

usually after my back routines, my bi's dont have much left in them... im thinking to maybe do my Bi's on a seperate day

rick_hfh said:Agreed. After a heavy back workout, the weight I would use for biceps is super light. I don't see how people can train triceps after chest and bis after back. There is no way I could hit triceps with the intensity they deserve after doing heavy chest presses.
