Biceps injection GONE WRONG??

I did my first ever inner head piceps injecting about 5 days ago and it has been a little swollen ever since, but today the skin on the inner head of my biceps has gone red and it's still swollen. What do u think this is guys? Is it just because it was my first biceps injection or do u think it's infected? My injection procedure was good as always I think.

I'm a little worried so any help is appreciated!

Ive had swelling and redness last for a week bro. Make sure ur going in atleast an inch into the muscle.

If id gets worse and not better in a few days then it may be time to see a doc. If not it should go away with no problem.

Why do you have to inject it into the biceps? Standard is to inject into deltoid (no arteries or nerves there).

by deltoid, i hope you mean glute. there are plenty of nerves in your deltoid.

Deltoid (outer part) is standard place for arm injection, but not suitable for large (more than 1.5ml) injection, and gluteal area is standard for larger injections. There are nerves in every part of body, but there is no large nerve or artery that PASSES THROUGH deltoid.

Preferably, you should verify your information before posting. There are many sites to provide this sort of information.

if you use siteinjections.com and inject in the proper spots you wont have a nerve or artery issue either.

trust me these guys just didnt point at parts of their body and say hey this looks good lets shoot there,its researched for safety

And what is the qualification of the expert giving adice on that site?
You should check a legit nursing site for safe and qualified advice.
Many of the sites mentioned on spotinjections/siteinjections are very unsafe.
It is difficult for a lay person, and even for a professional, to pin point exact anatomy. And there are wide variations of 'normal'.
That is why you would not see a doctor or a nurse to inject outside a few, safe areas unless there is a specific need to inject in any other area.
Any doctor or nurse who injects in other areas first get training to do so.

Dude you obviously have never done a bicep injection. Depending on your arms size, I'm 17 and when I put 1cc into each, yes, I was in pain for 4days, I mean, I couldnt bend my arms our touch my biceps because the pain was fucked up. And I did have read swealing on the skin.

that happens at times. the red area feels warm to touch right? No prob... it will go away on it's on.

Thanks for the feedback bros. A friend mentioned that this sort of redness and irritation only happens to him when using underground gear. I am using British Dragon EQ so this might be the problem as all my other injection sites are itching a little, but without the redness and swelling as with my bicep. By the way it was 1cc with a 25g 5/8 inch pin.

Not to sure about delt only suitable for 1.5ml
I am by no means a big guy and I can put 3mls in my delt
