bicep strength

Hello I was wondering if anyone here could provide me with with good info and perhaps a routine to develope a lot of strength in my biceps, for strongman comps and what not.

Deadlifting and event training will get you the strength you are looking for. If you are going to try and flip a 500 pound tire doing curls won't help very much unless you are curling 500 pounds.

Strap 500 pounds to your waist and lower yourself from a chinup position taking 60 seconds. repeat


I think the other answers just about got it right and also you gotta practice the events.
