Bicep shots are no fun.....

I have avg sized, well defined arms. I decided to do site injections to swell the fascia, or so the theory goes.

Damn....that kind of hurt. Did 1.5ml in each bicep. Ther feel pretty damn sore. Does this really work? I'm not sure I'll be able to curl today.

due to swelling and the oil being in the muscle you get more temp size,but once the oil disperses it goes down

bicep injections kick ass btw,its all I do when on cycle,I find I get better pumps

He said 1.5ml's not inches. Yea bi's and tri's were the most painful injection when I did fina. I did them once and could barely flex them the entire day. After that I stuck with delt, pec, or quad.

No shit....I did quads once and will never do that again. I could barely walk. Felt like I was going through wood, my leg muscles are pretty dense i think. Buttock injections are painless. I need bigger arms though.

I don't inject arms anymore, I posted a theory in the training board how I feel that site injections hinder actual muscle growth...

THERE IS NO NEED FOR BICEP INJECTIONS AT ALL!!! IMO THE ONLY PLACES ONE SHOULD INJECT IS QUADS, SHOULDERS, AND GLUTES.

WINNY CAN GO IN SHOULDERS WITH AN INSULIN PIN (IF YOU USE THE GOOD STUFF......ZAMBON).

THE QUADS ARE GOOD FOR TREN SINCE YOU HAVE TO STICK EOD. THAT WAY YOU CAN VARY THE SITE.

GLUTES FOR JUST ABOUT ANYTHING. I DONT BELIEVE IN THAT SITE INJECTION CRAP.
