Bicep question

Here is the problem:

My left bicep is 17 1/2 inches cold
My right bicep is 18 inches cold
Theoretically I could train my left one longer and harder and catch it up right? Well my left bicep is way stronger
than my right bicep. I mean considerably stronger - like 4-5 reps stronger and about 10lbs stronger on a max dumbbell curl.

So my question for the experts is - How do I equalize my biceps both in size and strength?
 
bro, perfect symmetry is something that most of us dont have.

the "freaky genetics" often discussed in regards to the pros not only has to do with their shear size, strength, definition, and receptors, but also with their ability to maintain relatively perfect symmetry. i wouldnt stress about it.

my left arm is also 1/2 inch bigger than my right, and im right handed.

just make each one as big as possible. no girl is gonna wrap her hands around a 21 inch arm, and then around a 20.5 inch arm and say that its smaller.
 
I'm left handed but my right bicep is bigger! the problemis for example i do 40ib incline dumbell curls(not much i know) with both arms together but if i try to do them one at a time my left bicep just can't but my right has no problems? any ideas why this is when my left is OK when right and left are excersied at the same time
 
you could shoot some roids in your left biceps

i had the same problem (half inch less on the left one)and did shoot Winny in the left arm.
They are equal in size after that (about 16 inch). I am not saying shooting in the arms is best, but i have no other explanation why they are equal now. This happened 15 months ago.

Can well be that this works for some and not for others.
 
Hey bro, what you should do is just tear that trouble-maker off and kick the shit out of him. Then pick em up and eat em real good. Since you seem to enjoy fighting, I thought that suggestion might appeal to you the most.:D
Seriously though, I think that the site injection idea is a good one. You might also try PGF2a in the pesky, instigating bicep.
 
if you will be doing PGF2a then do it in both arms

because the look of your arm will change. Your left arm when using PGF will look more ripped, muscular then your right one, so don' t do this in just one arm.
Also not many gain on PGF2a in size.
But if you do this, please let me know the result.

Sorry Nathan, i know you mean well, just a mather of opinion.
 
Sorry I should have made that clear. You'd have to inject PGF2a in the other arm as well as it also has a localized fat-burning effect and that would indeed end up looking rather odd. Though, and I've never used PGF2a and only know what it does really from reading about prostaglandins, can't it be given in a slightly higher dose in the troublesome arm? I dunno, maybe I'm just all together wrong here. PGF2a isn't pleasant either.
 
no, you are not wrong

one could try to shoot double dose in the lacking upperarm.
This can have following effects:
1) if the person in questin reacts well to PGF he might gain on it (not for everybody)
2) if the person does not gain on it, then by using more in the left arm, that arm gets more "leaned out". So the end result will be : a left arm that is even smaller then and the difference will be more then 1/2 inch.

Maybe doing extra sets with the left arm is an option.
 
my left tricep is about 3times as big/strong as my right tricep. and im right handed.. I think its a nerve subluxation that prevents muscle growth in that tricep.. or somethin.. i gotten used to it though and i just work the other twice as hard..
 
Oki guys, you think you have some assymetric biceps. Look at me, I have almost 1,5 inch difference.
That sucks...

I did a cycle on Sus 2 years ago, where I was almost only exercising my left side on biceps/triceps. It got better. But then I've been to the gym on and off, and it's only getting worse. I bet i have some kind of nerve subluxation, have ordered a time by the doctor, really hope they can tell me something. Or even better, give me something - some test :)

So what can I do, any advice ??? Only exercise the left side for a couple of months???

I think everybody has that problem. My right bicep is stronger but smaller that my left. But my right tricep is stronger and larger than my left but only I notice it..
 
why don't you just punch the hell out of your left bicep? That'll teach that mofa a lesson!!

You love kicking the shit outta people right?

bro, I will take that problem you have...I have almost perfect symatry, but my arms are only 17" pumped to the max...my neck, calves and arms all match, my lats flaired are well over 15" bigger than my waist, etc...but I lack your size, granet I am only 5'5, but damn I would love to have 20" arms and the body to boot!:D
