I ran the same cycle
Monday 200cyp 200 eq LEFT GLUTE
Thursday 200 cyp 200 eq LEFT QUAD
next week repeat with other side of body.

I hate injecting Bicept, therefore I dont do it. When I have in the past, I will not use more than 1cc, usually prop, and will use a 23G 1 inch needle for them. Bi's are painful, so beware.

that could be the issue... prop generall tends to be more painfull....and a 23g is big, i would suggest 25 g

no they just look bigger for a few days--there is theory that it stretches the muscle facia enabling growth--but I doubt it.
