bicep inbalance

my right bicep is significantly larger and slightly stronger than my left, i was hoping the inbalance would correct itself over the cycle sf 5 x 5 i have just completed but it hasnt happened. i usually just do 3 sets of barbell curls on the friday workout, should i add another set of dumbell curls for the left arm or something like that? thanks

i couldnt give u any measurements but its enough to make me rather paranoid about it cause its pretty noticable, lol, sometimes find it hard to get arms to work in sink when doing heavier barbell exercises such as bent over row.

You probably can't row because you're thinking about it so much. Don't worry about it. If you have one arm that's 18" and the other that's 15", then worry about it.

I've seen it before in Tennis/Golf players, or any other sport that uses a dominant side for that matter. I would only consider it a problem if you feel like you are pushing harder on one side. Seems like the only thing to do, is either cut sets on the bigger arm, or add some for the smaller one.

just make sure that your flexing at the top of each rep. the problem sould even it self out. most people are stronger in one arm. not so much noticable though. just keep working them together. and ya like anotherbutters said...."don't think about it so much"

thats almost exactly what it is!, except its golf and cricket (imagine this means nothing to you americans but bottom (right) bicep is dominant).

I lived outside windsor for 5 years, I've seen cricket ;-). Like suggested above, switch to dumbells and only work as hard as your weaker arm.

I would agree with this and also see if concentration curls do anything for you........lower weight higher reps bro
