BF estimate??

doing heavy cardio tying to drop bf for next up coming cycle. would like to know aprox what bf percentage i am. never got it checked. im 37 old, 5' 7", 190lbs
 
25% & over is considered obese. I don't see him as close to that.


ive been doing testings a VERY long time bro and im telling you hes between 23-25... he may not be obese in terms of what we actually consider obese but i know that's where he's at...

Yeah but arent those the same numbers that put any of us as overwieght. I am 6ft 2 and sitting at around 219 after leaning out quite a bit and in most tables that calculate body wieght with height and age it says I should be 185.
 
I gotta agree...my first guesstimate was around 24%-ish because thats a lot of belly and not a lot of definition anywhere else..I mean...I know there are traps and pecs there...and I can see that under the layer theyre glorious but theres a lot of layer to be killed

thanks for the feed back guys. my goal right now is too get ride of that belly fat before i start up just wanted a number... since april i dropped 10 lbs, 2" off my waist line with cleaning up diet and adding back 5days a week of cardio. (started p90x ab ripper dvd 4 weeks ago 3-4xweek -which i must say i love). also my bp wich is usually on the high side has been great. i purchased a monitior and been checking it everyday was also checked in the dr. office..getting my cholestrol blood work next week. im sure its gonna be good from the cardio. my diet since april looks like this... i know it needs alot of help still but its a great improvement and im slowly tweaking it. supps- multi v, omega3-fish oil, n2kts, whey2build protein
4:00am- 2 scoops whey2build protein (in water) cal-200 pro-44
6:45- 2 packs weight control oatmeal cal-320 pro-14
9:45- 5 eggwhites,swiss,whole wheat bread cal-331 pro-33
2 scoops whey2build protein cal-200 pro-44
12:00- 1/4 lb turkey or chicken cal-140 pro-28
greek yogurt cal-130 pro-15
3:00- oh yeah protein bar cal-380 pro-26
pre workout- n2kts 2 scoops-THIS SHIT IS THE BEST PREWORKOUT SUPP I EVER HAD HANDS DOWN..I CAN RUN A MARATHON ON THIS
5:00- GYM and 45-60 min. cardio
7:00- postworkout needs2whey protein 2 scoops cal-200 pro-44
7:30- 2 grilled chicken thin sliced cutlets , baked pot. or steak and pot.
snack through out day 1.5 cup unsalted peanuts cal-510 pro-21
total cal- 2400-2500 pro-270-300grams
now that you see my diet shoot away... i need the help. i know theres no veggies in there, i cnt stand them. i was thinking about a fat burned stack from need2build but so many of them im confused. note im very carb sensitive.

i can definitely help you man... send this diet to me in a pm and when i get home i will get you going in the right direction... this is very fixable... there are issues here but ive seen much worse...

get rid of the bread, protein bar, oatmeal, and dairy. remember SUGARS are your enemy. bread and dairy have sugar, protein bars have lots of sugar, oatmeal unless its pure has sugar. guys will tell me 'steve you are nuts, no one is gonna quit sugars just on a whim?' i say bs, if you are a narcissistic fuck like me (and most everyone on this board) then you will do whatever it takes to achieve the body you strive for!!

everytime you eat something with sugar just imagine your body storing it in the body. every day you go without sugar is a day where your body will shed fat. picture that and you can do it!

you need your veggies.. green veggies!! swap those in ..
 
Calipers probably wouldn't put him past 24% - looks like the places to fold the skin the skin probably isn't very thick.

You for 37 you look very good!!! No homo. I know exactly where your at! I was once 252 and bro its just takes time alot of it. Food is the biggest we know. The biggest mistake I made was running AAS when I was over 15% bf it added to my problems. Sugar kills!! Carbs can be a real bitch too. When ur big like that its time, diet, training you can loose but your skin still has to stretch and get tight also its a process and your on ur way there!!!

Ive struggled with diet for ah while theres two things I love women and food. But once you got it dialed results keep coming.

Heres a good rule of thumb. Pick ur weight and x by 14 = your marcos
do a 50/20/30 kills fat!
 
been on cutting diet and cardio trying to get bf down to 14-15% so i can run some test p and anavar. was 197 lbs in march,down to 179 lbs and 4" off waist. bodyfat is at 19.7 acording to a bodyfat calculator on line. it seems to be acurate cause in my first photo everyone was saying around 24 and it read 23.3. been losing around 2 lbs per week. i really dnt wanna drop below 170lbs and it dnt seems like ill even be at 14% by then. should i not be worried..remember i am 5'7"
