How much body fat did you guys lose on your Tren ace or Tren e cycle?
Clean diet or dirty?
Once a week cardio or 4-5 times? Stacked it with other supplements/Anabolics?

I want you guys to share your experiences with me and other members of elite.

Difficult to say I wouldnt attribute to tren but rather my training and diet aimed at a certain goal , that said I have dropped 8 percent bodyfat , and I am sub 10 percent , cardio 7 days a week 40min a session sometimes twice a day
 
How long did it take you to drop 8% and you didn't use any supplements?

That's alot of cardio bro you killed it but I personally wouldn't do cardio everyday
 
did not lose any body fat on tren both times i ran it. I already am in the low teens as it is. not like i have a lot of room or the willingness to drop body fat anyway.

cardio was limited to a quarter to half mile EOD jog.

diet was as precise as it could be.

ran a stack of NTBM products with it. strength was up big.

I don't like to cut during my cycles, i like to bulk. i cut off cycle only. i am a big believer that food is the most anabolic thing you could provide (other than AAS of course) so i eat a lot during my cycles to get the full anabolic benefit.
 
Tren shreds me up and I loose fat every time I run it. I run a strict protein diet and no fats while on it though. I stay around 10 to 12% bf. I ran N2guard and Hcgenerate while on from Needtobuildmuscle.
 
I can lose a small amount of fat eating shitty on tren, but if you think you can get really ripped without dieting you need great genetic.
 
Steve I'm with you when it comes to food being the most anabolic substance you can take in but I'm surprised you didn't lose any bodyfat. Even people that have the worst diets and I'm talking about junk food 4-5 times a week lost bodyfat off it.

Arabian I believe in high protein diets too because of the thermogenic effect protein has and muscle sparing but I would never put my fats down to 0. I remember reading in a university study that your body needs at least 15g of fat to function properly or else you start to get some Side effect including extreme fatigue, certain organ and brain malfunctions but If it works for you bro then by all means. Why keep your bf% only at 10%? If its summer don't yu wanna go down to at least 8% show off dem vascularity ;)

Lartinos even if I had great genetics I wouldn't rely on that to shred bodyfat off diet/cardio is what you need and everything else you use just really speeds up the fat breakdown process.

i have no idea... i wouldn't say i have gained body fat at all.. its just that i haven't lost on it. i pretty much stayed the same, but i looked more vascular and put on mass on it. i have a tren log up on here you can look up which shows my progress and stats. as i recall i think i gained a few pounds net.
 
Eating big and dirty on purpose to put on more size. I lost about 2%bf, maybe a little more so far. Once I clean up the diet in april the bf will melt off. No cardio as of now.

That's impressive, I'm starting my first go with tren ace soon with a nice clean diet and 3 days of cardio a week, should shred me up nicely....I'm sure the primo/mast/var will help too lol
