This narc was on Blood Sweat and Iron. He was posting for sometime when the Mods got suspicious. They banned him.

I read some of his posts and they were mostly one liners with alot of "I agree with you Bro"

Alot of the members of that board were pretty surprised.

I am not sure how they confirmed him as a narc but they posted him as a rat.
 
Entrapment

"Entrapment " is actually getting someone to commit an illegal act they would "normally" not engage in.

Example: A housewife is asked to have sex for $1000, she says, "No." Then she is offered $1mil and says, "OK.", THAT is entrapment.

I would think that one who posts on any of these boards should be weary of it in the first place. I think if you are smart, you never get too specific of emails, names, locations...

If you have an email through the board, hopefully, you did not register with your real name and address. Paranoia is something good, not bad. It keeps your ass out of trouble. Everyone here could be narcs, looking for me, and with that mentality, nobody could ever get too close.

Law enforcement can not issue supeona's based on what one wrote on a message board. However, if they know where you are, and that you are up to something, you could get watched. And if you are careful never to say anything over the telephone or on emails or careful that everything is always consealed in a safe place that officers do not have right to search, then your ass will stay out of trouble.

A narc could be anywhere and are probably everywhere, so keep that in mind next time you talk on your cell phone.

In case you didn't know, the technology exists, and the government has it, to sit outside your business or home and get a clear image of what is displayed on your computer monitor just by the RF signals comming from it. I think 100 yards was the range, but probably more than that with the right signal booster. The only way to foil this is to get a flat screen LCD monitor (or use a laptop, which has an LCD monitor built in.

"Only in the lab" usually means the government has had it for quite some time and like to have the option of using it against you, so they will make you believe it is in development for as long as they can get away with it. It's way too simple of a technology though. Every CRT monitor emits radio frequency radiation just like a little radio station and it can be received in the same way. That's why manufacturers of electronic equipment must certify their products with the FCC before they can sell them in this country - the signals emitted cannot be in the same frequency range as other services like cellular phones, TV, radio, police radio, CB radio, etc. They have to put RF shielding on the devices to mask out the signals in the illegal ranges. But even then, a powerful enough receiver can still pick them up. Ever been sitting somewhere with a PA system and heard a CB radio come in over it? Their equipment had some kind of problem that was violating the FCC regulations on RF radiation.
 
All of the Mods at the Blood Sweat Steel board have verified this. He aslo goes by the alias VH777 and has an elite email address. At the bottom of all his posts on BSS it says:

when i was little, i used to hear CB's when i was talking on the phone. i never understood, now i do. that's some scairy shit.
 
A fed who is a little bored can think up all kinds of underhanded shit to bust someone. Often they go after people who are harming no one, just to get a bust. It doesn't make sense but it happens. Everyone needs to be careful, and don't be to eger to trust just anyone.

True, but the cops have to be approached by the hooker, they cannot make first contact. Just like, if u ask a guy on the street to sell u pot, and hes a cop then ur busted, but if an undercover cop comes up to u without provication and asks u if u want some pot, and u say yes, u will be aquitted in court.
 
guys, guys, guys.....i dont know about this guy being a narc, however, i do know about this technology of being able to look into your home or business and seeing what you are doing. that is somewhat true. there is also a cmera that picks up heat and shows it on an infared monitor. it can pinpoint rooms with extra light, etc. it makes it easy to locate meth labs and marijuana grows...............however, it has recently been made unconstitutionable to use such devices without a search warrant. if they have enough for a search warrant, theyare gonna come in anyway.:(

First, it is not entrappment for a cop to sell drugs they do it all the time to bust your ass or they buy drugs as well.

The way it works is they bust a user, who sells out his source, they bust the source whos sells out his supplier and so on up the chain.

Can be issue without ANY evidence. A Grand Jury subpeona for records is one powerful mother fucker. It is not like a search warrant.

Entrapment
Means the inducement by law enforcement must be of such a nature as to cause a reasonable (normal) person to commit a crime they would not have otherwise committed. Simply providing a means to commit a crime is not entrapment.

Electronic Survailance
Just cause they can do does not mean it is legal or will hold up. Case ( I believe in Texas) was thrown out where the cops used infered imaging on a dudes house and saw a "hot spot" in his attic. They got a warrant and found his weed greenhouse. Court held that was an illegal invasion of privacy. It is also illegal to intercept cell phone signals, wireless phone transmissions and, I would suspect, the RF signals from a computer if that is possible. State and local Law enforcement can get warrants but, at least on the State level, it is more trouble than it is worth unless you are after a major criminal (drug lords and the such).

Thats a load dude. I know 2 differant guys at 2 differant times/clubs that were approched by girls at a club wanting E. These guys are not dealers. But, they were dumb cause they girls were hot and they both got arrested thinking they were helping them out.....

The girls weren't cops then, they were just working with the cops. They can have someone ask you for drugs, and then when you give them to them--you're busted.

The entrapment defense everyone is talking about is actually a theory used to defend a person who's original intent was not to commit an illegal act, but was coerced in some way to do so. In other words, if they believe you had intentions of commiting an illegal act in the first place, it would be hard to prove "entrapment" to a jury, even though you were the one approached by the agent.

About the keystroke thing- I think that is sort of a wives' tale. I was listening to
talk radio last night, Art Bell's show with some other guy subbing, and there was
an author on there who wrote a book about that sort of thing called like Snitch
Society or something like that, and he said that they have to bug your keyboard to
do that. They used it to bust a mobster one time.
