Between Cycles

Ya this cycle was Test only. It was about 5 or 6 weeks long. When I first started I wieghed 154 now I currently weigh 174 and have been off for about 2 weeks only lost 2lbs and no strength loss so far, been working out consistantly. Goal is to hit around 200-210 in time. with 6% or less body fat.

Try eating more. That works too.

Seriously, don't be too anxious to start up again. You never really know how much you've grown until you've been off at least as long as you were on.
