Better?

So which is better for PCT? Nolvadex or Clomid. I know that I have heard or the side effects or Clomid and I don't want to feel like I want to kill my self. After a 10 of Sust and D-Bol, would you take a little of both or a lot of just one? Still confused, and I am sorry for all of the questions, I just want to do this right!

In this controversy I have not seen a definitive answer either way. Incidently, Nolvadex can cause the same emotional side effects as clomid but usually not to the same extreme.

To be safe, I have started using 50mg/day clomid with 20mg/day of nolvadex. This covers all bases and at least keeps the dosage of clomid reasonable.

i really think the sides of clomid come from taking too high a dose especially at first..but who knows..

i prefer nolvadex regardless and its all i will use from now on .. most likely

2 weeks at 40mg
2 weeks at 20mg
2 weeks at 10mg
