better nails from HGH

I have nails that keep breaking off and are splitting like on my toes and my thumbs. When I try to cut my nails they snap so easy. I heard that human growth hormone hgh can help with this. How much can I use and what are the side effects I should watch out for?

HGH can help this 1-2 IUs/day for women is good, add some nutrozol 677 and it s perfect
