Best ways to break up your lifting routine??

Right now I do:

Back/calves/traps
Chest/forearms/calves
Off
Quads/Hams/forearms/traps
Shoulders/biceps
Off
Triceps/hams/quads

It changes depending on what is still sore and what isn't when it comes time to hit a certain bodypart again. The first quad workout is a heavy one usualyl just squats and maybe some bottom squats and the first ham workout is a light one. The second quad workout is light with lunges or extensions or something and the second ham workout is a heavy one. Calves forearms and traps are always trained light with higher reps. I'm looking to change mine again as well.

Since sus 250 is active in your system for one week +, how many times per week would be good to lift. I'm concentrating on my quads and hamstrings and their the focus of my cycle.

Dude, stop hijacking other people's threads. Start your own so that you can get your questions actually answered properly. Click that button that says "New Thread" then go nuts with the typing, then click on the "Submit Reply" button. I swear to God it works.

Was looking for input on how you all break up your lifting. Chest/tris, Back/shoudlers, legs/abs??? Need input plz

Right now I go:

Day1) Back&Bi's
Day2) Chest&Tri's
Day3)LEG DAY!!!
Day4)Neck&Shoulders

Works great for me. Plenty of time to rest, and the 4way split really lets you blast each body part.
