Best way?

N2 Shred stack the way I ran it was like so...

Morning: 2 N2 Burn + 1 N2 Stim
Noon: 1 N2 Burn + 1 N2 Stim + 1 N2 Flame
Afternoon: 1 N2 Stim + 2 N2 Flame

Need2Slin: 4 caps ED spread out 30 minutes before meals containing carbs, or if you are limiting your carbs to 2 meals, take 2 caps before each meal.

This is what worked really well for me...dropped 8 lbs. while maintaining muscle, possibly gained a couple of lbs.
 
In your bodybuilding excursion you will find out that the more sophisticated you become, the more you have to vary your teaching tactics.The best way to periodize your workouts in my know-how is to alternate time span of high capacity with periods of smaller capacity.
