N2 Shred stack the way I ran it was like so...
Morning: 2 N2 Burn + 1 N2 Stim
Noon: 1 N2 Burn + 1 N2 Stim + 1 N2 Flame
Afternoon: 1 N2 Stim + 2 N2 Flame
Need2Slin: 4 caps ED spread out 30 minutes before meals containing carbs, or if you are limiting your carbs to 2 meals, take 2 caps before each meal.
This is what worked really well for me...dropped 8 lbs. while maintaining muscle, possibly gained a couple of lbs.
