Best way to take orals?

Do you take them with food? on an empty stomach? crush them up and throw it with your bcaas? Does it not matter?

Some capsules will sit on the stomach dissolving and irritating it ,in this case i will open the capsules pour the power in a glass mix with water and drink, make sure you get all the powder off the side of the glas then i follow it with a protein shake, same with pill, I Cruse the and mix the same way if stomach issues occur.Don't mix with a protein shake . its impossible to see if you are getting all of it.

I pop half my dose in the morning right when I wake up before breakfast then depending on the half life I take them at the times I should after that as long as you eat like you should for your goals you'll be fine just taking them by themselves.. Me personally I chew my shit up let it sit under my tongue then wash it down with water right after
