27, 177 pounds 5'10. I have been in shape since high school. Started really lifting 5 years ago. I have run 2 cycles of beast in the past with great results and strength gains. I never got my body fat checked. I wouldn't say its too bad since I do have an outline of abdominal muscles and that "V" shape. I recently got my diet in check and wanted to add a little more muscle tone while trying to trim the rest of the fat away. I have 1 bottle of katana, 2 bottles of eppistrong, and 2 bottles of helladrol. I have NTBM protein, gear, N2Guard, HCGenn, post cycle, Forma. Like I said my diet is in check now, high protein, low carbs although I do not count. I do lift 5 days a week and run 3.
