Eat a huge breakfast, a big lunch, a small preworkout meal, a big dinner, and a small meal before bed drink a 1/4 gallon of milk with everything except the preworkout meal. Weight gainers add calories, and some, Muscle Milk comes to mind, taste excellent, but for someone skinny, a McDonalds Milkshake is just as effective and probably cheaper. Just some things to think through.
