best way to add calories

make yourself some homemade weight gainer shakes. throw milk, natural peanut butter, whey protein, oatmeal (if u have a grinder grind them up b4 throwing them in), even a banana or some crushed flax seeds whatever u have. u could get a lot of healthy cals in that way.

depends in what type of peanut butter and the make-up of your diet. for example, I am currently doing a CKD and I have 4 tbs of all natural PB daily. good source of fat.
 
Fat is more calorie dense than carbs and prot

So any food rich in fat will help

PB, bacon, cheese, etc
