I dont want to eat a whole head of lettuce if i can get away with a little bit of something else... So do you know which veggie has the most carbs per gram? Thanks!

plornive New member Jul 13, 2002 #10 I would not try to get all of my carbs from vegetables. Whole food starches are good for calories and energy while vegetables supply many specific nutrients. Tomatos are a notable exception, as they contain lots of calories, potassium and nutrients.
