Best upper back lift

Hey. I am looking into doing a new back exercise to add to my Back/bicep day. I am currently doing bent over rows and I want to delete that and add something else. Any suggestions? Dont get me wrong I also do pullups and bicep cable pulldowns. But am looking for something different. Any advice? Thanks.
 
Easy. Lateral pulldowns or back lat pull downs to thicken and widen your upper back while using your biceps.
 
pullups to your sternum! - keep your elbows high

yea pullups are a lot better than pulldown movements...even use that assist machine if you ahve to at first...but they're great for the upper back
 
For upper back? Nah rows are better than pulldowns. Do a yates-style row where you don't bend over as much.
 
zercher squats, zercher holds, conan's walks or if you have the apparatus: conan's wheel.

my upper back is cooked after a round of zercher squats, or timed holds.
