I just finished a 15 week cycle about a month and a half ago consisting of 400mg of Boldenone wk 1-8, 600mg Test Cyp wk 3-15, 300mg Tren Ace wk 9-15, 500IU a wk Hcg wk 8-15 and then Proviron 25mg daily, Femera .75 daily tapered off to the end. Pct was Nolvadex wk 18-21 40,40,20,20 Dostinex wk 16-20.
I had a huge problem with gyno this cycle and it got a little scary for me this time. I was able to recover fairly well and I'd say 98% of the gyno effects are gone. Nipples are a little puffier than I'd like. I have combated it in previous cycles very effectively but this time around was worse. As far as my gains, I put on 30lbs and went up to 250 from 220. Body fat was probably 18%, I'd started heavy cardio and lightened up my diet. I'm currently sitting at 235 and around 14% body fat. I'm not really worried about bulking too much more. I would be perfectly happy with small quality size gains. I'm more interested in strength and lean gains. I really don't want to run anymore Test and I'm even a little leary about running Tren with the prolactin issues but I think I could control that with Bromo or Dos. What I'm looking for is some ideas on a cycle for strength and lean muscle gains. I will most definately be using Tren but I need some help filling in the rest of the gaps. I've got another month or two before i'll be ready to go again. Any Suggestions pertaining to building this cycle?
