best transformation.

What was one of the best transformation you have ever seen while using gear. What was the person taking and for how long? I asked this question because i see a lot of 12 week transformations on youtube and other site, and i wonder if they are fake. Did i really take 12 weeks for longer.
 
Best one I ever saw was our very own Iron Asylm going from around 400 pounds (I think) to stepping on stage in a BB show as a light heavy...

A few years ago, I was 250+lbs and over 30% bodyfat. On a 16 week Sust/EQ cycle (500mg of Sust and 600mg of EQ) I got down to 190lbs and 10% bodyfat. Yeah, talk about a transformation. I threw some Clen into the mix too. A few two week on/two week off cycles.

Do you have any pictures of this transformation? I want to lose weight too on my 16 week diet. Did you really lose 15 lbs a month because that is amazing shit brother. Man i hope i could do that shit man, what was your diet like?

Yeah, I have pictures. My diet was pretty strict man. High protein, high to medium healthy fats, and low carbs. I ate the same thing every single day. I did not drink alcohol or anything. It was hard as hell, but if you want to get into shape it has to be done. I would lose about 2.5lbs a week, but when I added in the Clen I would lose 5lbs a week. So, yeah, that equals to about 15lbs a month.

Yea the secret is food. i was close to 7000cals the whole time, 750 carbs, 700 protein and around 120 fats plus a pizza or two each week. i was alos on a rebound from a show and had been 230lbs before the show.

A good portion of it was fat gain but it was worth it because now im cutting down from that and will come in about 20lbs heavier than the previous show which was 8 months ago.
