Best time to take d-bol ???

Hi guys...................I work out at 8 pm . Along with other "goodies", I'll be taking 30mgs/day of d-bol. Is it better to space it out throughout the day like 5am 1pm 9pm? Or should I do it differently, taking into consideration its half life. Thanks!
 
30mgs dbol a day right now i just space it evenly throughout the day....

I have some 25 mg d-bol coming and will take one in the morning and one 12 hours later.

When I did the 5 mg d-bol’s I tried to split them as evenly as possible over 24 hours, even taking them at night, in the middle of the night,

Who knows, but I know these 25mg d-bol are 2nd only to Russian d-bol
 
Take an equal amount in the middle each major meal. Wash them down with 8 oz of water.
Too much at once can give you a gut ache and the runs.

Buy a pill cutter. Looks like a box with a lid and a razor blade inside. Tweezers too ... I always drop the little pieces.

Wouldnt it be better to split that up and maybe take them every few hours?

yes split up through out the day
 
d-bols half-life is 3-5 hours .A single dose will produce varying blood levels.So the choice to split or not to split is regulate concentration or increase peak levels .I think peak is btr taking one single dose 2 hrs before training for max nutrient uptake before and the important hrs after training
