herdus33 New member Mar 26, 2008 #3 thanks needto....i just wasnt sure. I know it helps with cortisol in both mental and physical so i thought taking it after my workout my just cover the benefits in both ways. Would it be better if i took half doses....split am and pm?

Ross Grand Master Junior Platinum Mar 26, 2008 #5 EndoAmp is a great bodybuilding product that can used in a variety of different ways; I would suggest using it either PWO or in the AM. Of course, for optimal effects you should definitely be STACKING with Sustain and/or Toco-8.
