Im taking Bcaas year round both in the offseason and when im cutting.
I ussully have a shake of bcaa that im sipping during my wourkouts, and also drink a shake before my morningcardio.
Have also been thinking about switching my morning proteinshake i take before the gym, to 20-30 grams of Bcaas..
Ive heard alot of different things about bcaas..that if u eat enought protein throughout the day it unnecesarry.
What are all u bros opinions..?
