Best text/call blocking app for android? (Bonus: Crazy person drama)

Specifically, I need to be able to block calls and texts from unknown numbers. I blocked this persons main and two known google voice numbers with my cell service provider (didn't even know I COULD do that till today), but as I understand it, he's going to get messages that let him know he can't reach me because I blocked access. I fully expect him to change his number or try to get additional google voice numbers once he realizes what I did.

This guy is fucking crazy beyond crazy. Like, off the wall crazy. If he lived anywhere close to me, I'd get a restraining order crazy. Belongs in a padded cell crazy. Has made threats (to me) against my family that live near him crazy (the threats were most likely empty, but still. Who does that??). Threatens to kill himself crazy. And I REALLY don't want to have to change my number (but I will, if this fails).

(No, this is not an ex or anyone I ever dated.)

I am at my wits end. Please halp.

I can block KNOWN numbers easily. I want to know the best way to block anything coming from an unsaved number. I'll change my number before I change service providers and get an iphone.

I said in my original post that I will if this doesn't work. My number is on my business cards and is a work number too. Doing so would be a HUGE deal, and might not even ultimately be effective. I'm still willing to do it, but only as a last resort.

There's an app called call control that claims to be able to do that for your phone. Call Blocker pro...call control has a free 14 day trial

I was able to download an app from my jailbroken phone to do that, but I can't remember what it was
