Since you really have to run Deca a long time to get the full benefit out of it, I think long estered test (enanthate or cypionate) is the way to go. Throw an oral kicker in and you will be golden.

Keep your esters the same. If you run Deca... Enth or Cyp... If you run NPP then Prop. KISS principle.

sustanon has a deca ester.. i would pick that one.

both are designed to be run a while to get max benefit. so mix them together

How about test decanoate if you can get it? Exact same ester so same clearance time. I've seen it offered so I know others have access as well. They're both long-acting so you'd def want a kick-start!
