Best tasting locarb protein powder...opinions

Got my hands on some choc locarb isopure. It tastes alright. What is up with the story that they give about their protein being the best because it is 100% ion exchange whey protein isolate? They say that impurities found in other proteins have been removed to give you the best protein. It is also fat free unlike most. Do you guys think that this stuff is really superior? Optimum is cheaper....what flavors of optimum is your favorite?

No, it's not superior. I'm in the process of putting together an article on whey protein. It explain why all the whey is made the same.

Isolates are not fat and lactose free, thats BS, they are LOW in fat and lactose. Plus most of the whey used in the suppliment industry comes from the same big dairy companies, so its a bit hard to claim that ur isolate is better than everyone elses.

As for impurites, while isolates have less fats and lactose than concentrates, the finer filtration also removes more of the good stuff like growth factors.
