Put on approminately 6kg on my cycle which I was very happy with. Strength starts to go up after about wk 3, but you keep making gains up to 4 weeks after the cycle is completed. Sus is a good roid to take on its own and has served me well everytime.
im at the very beginning of my cycle of sust....and its already falling apart.....got some stomach virus 2 days after my first shot.....was too sick to work out monday....tues did some legs and back ....i dont think i can work out today....ive lost 8lbs im sure its all water or most of it....ill just continue the cycle wen i get over this
I just started my sust cycle I am only doing 1 amp per week. I also am doing two weeks of d-bol to start it off. Which really isn't that much, like 50 d-bol. But the last sust only cycle I did was a 6 weeker and gain 20 lbs, and there for a while I was putting 25 lbs a week on my bench.
I did straight sus250 500/week 10 weeks.. good strength gains, kicked in around week 5 for me. gained about 25 lbs on my bench.. maybe 9-10 lbs in weight but my diet wasn't on, i wasn't eating much at all during the cycle.
25lbs increases per week on bench???? That must have been some majic sus!!! I love hearing stories like that. Most i ever gained was about 30lbs on my bench through my entire cycle! Keep it up.
none really.. at least nothing serious.. I was running liquidex eod which probably wasn't even needed.
