I'm 6.5 weeks into a sust only cycle. Taking 20 of nolva, b/c my nips started burning around week 3.
I've gained about 16-18lbs so far (I don't get on the scales much). I eat as much as I can, but I still feel its not enough.
I don't barbell bench, so I don't have any stories to tell about that, but my deadlift PR went up 30 pounds in the first 2 weeks I was on. I've put an inch on arms, 3 on chest, 2.5 on quads.
