Best Suppliment???

I like the meal replacement powders. Plenty of carbs protien vitamins and minerals great for hardgainers like me.
 
the best that i have used are.....protein powders, weight gainers(not 4000calorie ones!) and creatine monhydrate.....and of course a good multi vitamin sup!!

There's nothing wrong with protein supplementation. Just remember that it's only that...supplementation.

Couldn't agree more!!! You should get as much protein as possible from food, but it would be damn hard to get 250+ grams of protein strictly from food every day! There's only so much chicken and tuna a guy can stand...
