More whey/weight gainer?

Wondering what would be best to get for a clean bulk? Im pretty much certain most people will say creatine but just wanted to make sure?

OK, not sure if I will be getting them, parents not too happy about it, think Im trying to take shortcuts to getting big :mad: and they say I will be dissapointed with the effects cuz it wont work as much as I think.

I might just get more weight gainer cuz with the offer I can get 3kg of it for £10....

you can better buy a whey isolate and creatine

cos in weight gainer stuffs - you pay extra $ for sugars - and u can get better sugars from your fruits or even you can buy dextrose seperately for a much cheaper price..

Well actually the weight gainer is cheaper than the whey which is another reason Im getting that. I think Im getting two lots of weight gainer and two lots of BCAA's ... good choice?

Im just not sure whether creatine would be better than BCAA's? :confused:
 
I got the weight gainer and the BCAA's but there the shittiest things I have bought for a long time lol.
In one serving of weight gainer (1 serving is two scoops) their is 9g of protein and 60g of carbs, 30g of those carbs are sugar! Is that normal for a weight gainer?
And the BCAA's say to take 5 before and 5 after workouts, so 10 a day on workouts means I'll have to buy more in like a week and a half :|
