best supplement to take while massive running to reduce coristol

what is the best supplement to take while massive running to reduce coristol and the catabolic sideffects of running. i plan on running about 8 miles a day again starting in january everymorning to get ripped. what supplement do you reccomend. so far i hear l carnitine is good
 
do u really need 8 miles though?

I'm too am big on cardio combined with heavy weight training. I always laugh when I hear people wondering if they will lose muscle if they add a small amount of cardio like 20 min 3 times a week. I do much more than that and I think we both know that cardio is not evil.

But 8 miles a day. I dunno...u might lose too much muscle. Also, for me anyway, morning cardio is not the best. I find that 30 to 45 min of hard ass cardio after training is the best.

Hmmm, anti catabolic; nothing off the top of my head. Try amino-acid combinations. Anyway you look at it, that much running will be catabolic. Of course, 100mg Fina w/ 100mg test ED should prevent such a feat.
