i dont know how old you are, but if your in school go out for a sport, if you are older join an adult league of some sort. There are tons of adult leagues that are for recreation. Activity like that is one of the best ways i have found to stop eating and lift my spirits up. I get depression symptoms a lot. However when im in the weight room, or out playing lacrosse i feel a lot better. If you like cars, go out and get a project car if u can afford to do that. etc etc etc
