BEST Supplement to stop bing eating & depression

Those who've read my previous threads know I had some pretty serious shit with bing eating disorder which apparently was caused by dieting too strictly for over a month doing excessive cardio.

I've recovered 80% quite well. I binge a lot less. Binging are now something like 1000-1400 cals where it was 5000-10000 cals before.. And mood is improved. However, it's still not me 100%. I still have those craves for shitty things mainly chocolate shit, God I always loved chocolate.. But could easily avoid it in the last 4 years... Up till this binging.

I'm getting my supplements tomorrow:

Inositol
7-KETO-DHEA
5-HTP

Which of the above would you consider best fighter against depression and binge eating disorder? And how fast would they start influencing? I don't want to just popup everytihng without knowing what really helped.. So I'm confused.. I've heard great stuff about all of them from experienced bros.

I dont think drugs help that much. Your best bet is to find a hobbie or activity that will take your mind off of eating and focus your energy on something more enjoyable and constructive.

I was going to try 5-HTP but I have heard many people say it didnt do anything for them so I didnt bother, I tried P7 and it seems to work but the cravings dont go away long. You need to find someway to stimulate seratonin without drugs or eating IMO. Go shopping, it will hurt your pocketbook but help your waistline.

I started golfing again and getting out to the shooting range more often and it has worked wonders. "EAt to Live, Dont Live To Eat" is a quote that helps motivate me.

good Luck

lol.......bro forget the drugs. beat the shit out of yourself. i like to binge and puke every so often but when it comes down to it i know how to walk away from the kitchen. mind over matter

Then answer is NOT in a pill (or any other supplement/drug)

But if you really want to take something, take L-Tryptophan :)

In all seriousness, this is something that you have to mentally overcome. No pill will fix this. There are always underlying issues involved when people do this to themselves. Deal with the root of the problem that will fix it. Aspirin heals pain, it doesn't treat the problem. You need to treat the problem. Good luck! We are here for you.
