Best stuff to be "on" while your "off"

I heard ZIP was good, now granted I will be doing normal medical PCT, but aftewards, I heard that there were some great products to be on while off. I tried avena sativa, maca, and xanath and they seemed to work real good, helping sex drive and pump at the gym. But i would rather have those ingredients capped rather than have them in powder. Does any supplement have something similar to that in capsules?

Oh, and do you guys stay on ALA and milk thistle for added benifits? thanks for info, I will be posting before and after pics shortly from my cycle - str8cubano
 
i dont think there are any ill effects for long term usage. maybe macrophage can shed more light on long term ala-rala usage

Anything that does not inhibit HPTA :o
Augmenting one's blood sugar, triglyceride, anti-oxidant/immune profile seems like a rather sensible option even when 'ON' - probably even more so!
 
g-plenish is really good.
