Best running shoes?

Or tbh, go to a sport shop and put some on, and run around lol, see which are most comfy, who cares if people think your mad? i dont :D

i'd reccomend asics..

great shoe.. I used it for track and so did more than half my team when i ran. One kid was one of the top 3 runners in the country and got a full ride to maryland for track and he told me that asics are his fav running shoe

for a neutral foot I second (or third?) asics

check the soles of a pair of shoes you wear often to see if they are worn more on the inside or outside toe/heel

if so, you dont have a neutral foot

I reccomend a shoe store that will at the very least lightbox your foot to check it, but ideally should have someone trained to watch you walk run etc and properly fit you

I have chronic plantar fascitis , and asics pwn even for that ( I dont over/under pronate)

All joking aside Asics Gel Nimbus hands down I have a pair of nimbus 11 and 10 and love em.
Peace, Forged

saucony
asics
new balance

in that order. dont buy into hype/marketing and buy nikes. shox might look cool, but that's about it. and yes i am wearing nikes right now.

You can go to a running store and they will video record your feet while running on a treadmill. Then they will recommend shoes based on your running style (i.e. pronate, etc.).

me too, they're nice and light

If you have a narrow foot (like me) Nike and Saucony are the best options.

Bottom line is you need to go a specialty running shoe store, talk to the clerk, try some shit on, and run 20 or 30 yards in each one.

If you bring in a pair of the shoes you're running in now, they can examine the wear pattern and determine what moves to make from there for your next shoe.
