for best results while on juice is it good to do hig hreps or loq reps w/ high weight or a pyramid throughout ur weeks like week one i do 3x10 and 2nd time u workout chest that week u do 3x8 next week first workout 3x6 later on in week 3x4, then go back to 3x10 w/ more weight, this is what i have been using and its been workin awesome!
