for best results while on juice is it good to do hig hreps or loq reps w/ high weight or a pyramid throughout ur weeks like week one i do 3x10 and 2nd time u workout chest that week u do 3x8 next week first workout 3x6 later on in week 3x4, then go back to 3x10 w/ more weight, this is what i have been using and its been workin awesome!
 
Everyone responds diff bro. I grow off of low reps. 6-8 with heavy weight. High reps dont do it for me. I often pyramid down though. 12,10,8,6,6 reps. increasing weight often. I do drops sets sometimes for legs. I just keep switching it up. But I always go balls to the wall while juicing.

I go 10-12 reps now, as I injur myself too often with heavier weights
 
consistency? hmm i've heard thats what u dont wanna do, the more u change it up the more ur muscles must react differently and learn the new weight they r doing so they build more. i started my clycle today so how does this sound:
monday for bench like 3x10 then thursday 3x6, next week 3x8 on monday, then 3x5 on thursday, then next week go back to 3x10 and 3x6, and keep rotating this that way during the week i do a high rep workout to get toned off my juice and a low rep high weight to get the size n strength :-) or would it b better one week straight low reps high high weight next week tone? i started my sust dbol cycle TODAY! need help!
 
also what r some killer bicep and tricep workouts while on juice? thats my main goil, hulk arms! what has been working is high reps doin skull crushes for tris and 21 for curls which freaking kill me.
 
increase weight, lower reps. pyramiding down has added 50 pounds to my frame in the last year....without juice.
 
When I say consistency, I mean make sure you get to the gym regularly!

Always swtich up your protocol.

In a novice BBer, most anything will result in positive results.

As you get more experienced, you must switch up reps, weight etc.
