Best rear delt exercise?

doesn't it emphasize the front delts a lot more?

no push press or leg momentum

I just started doing these and they are a keeper. Very taxing on the whole shoulder/upper back.

Two good ones are upright dumbell raises from the side, and reverse pec deck flies.

I like barbell rows with a wide grip to the neck/collar bones and face pulls.
