Andre from Outkast.
Not just for his rap, but for his musical genious in general.
I used to be a big rap fan, but listen to mostly metal now. I still like some rap, most of it being the older stuff I listened to in the past. I don't like much of the newer shit. But I am still a big fan of Outkast, older and new.
If not Andre, then probably 2Pac.
