go download an "elite proxy server". You need to update the ip addy's and test that they still are working, but it's by far the best.

You can hide your ip address using this software http://free-hide-ip.en.softonic.com/
You can also use this Proxy server http://www.the-cloak.com to hide your ip. This could mask your IP with a fake one. You can check whether your original ip address hided or not using this site IP-Details.com

There are many services which can hide your IP but you need to know something, hidding IP won't make you completely anonymous. Hiding an IP only allows you to surf website which is normally blocked in your region.

For me the best service provider is "privateinternetaccess.com".

It's very good and cheap too!
