Ok, I just started lifting seriously about 2 months ago. I've put on about 10 - 12 pounds and I'm looking to put on a lot more muscle mass eventually. I've been taking about 30 grams a day of this EAS protein blend (it's a blend of whey concentrate and whey isolate) that some girl brought into the office from home. I am pretty sure there are better protein supplements out there, and I was hoping you guys could give me some recommendations!
