Best program to get rid of Spyware?

I have spysweaper and zone alarm (freebie) edition. I still have a spyware problem.

Does anyone know what system32 and CMD32 is? Zone Alarm asks if I want to allow them to access the internet and act as a server? It does this on boot up. What program could this be trying to get on the internet at bootup?

Using Spybot Search and Destroy.... I installed it.. I just click on Check for Problems. And then what? After it runs choose FIX and it eliminates all the spyware listed?

That's right. Make sure you use the "search for updates" feature once in awhile to stay current. In fact, you should do that now just in case the install doesn't have all the reported spyware. It should though.

I use both. Spybot S&D + Ad-Aware. Very effective.
